My Nutritious & Delicious Menu


Breakfast:
-1 Piece of wheat toast
-1 Banana
-2 Egg whites
-Orange juice

Lunch:
-1 Turkey sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoes
-1 Apple
-1 Juice box

Dinner:
-Spaghetti with meat sauce
-Corn
-Apple sauce
-Water
